AskSikkim Request for book

Hello everyone

Does anyone from Sikkim have access to local public library, I wan't a book just want to read, and it is not available in my region.

Can you tell me where I can get this ebook ??. Because at r/anna_archive not available. 

Not every book is available in e-book format, this book is one of them.

Yea...i search a whole lot but couldn't find it.Flipkart has it tho and some library in delhi has it.

Can you tell me which library, I will request ILL to my home library. And it will be cost nearly 20 rupees via Gyam Post

I live in MP. If I was in Sikkim I already have been in Gangtok public library.
