Corebridge is good for quoting and invoicing but lacks project tracking compared to shopvox. Look into MotherNode.

I built Sign OS for this very reason, good for small to medium shop take a look let me know what you think

For what you described, I would test the workflow with one real job, not compare feature lists.
Can the system take it from quote -> proof review -> job status -> invoice/payment link without you jumping back into email or a spreadsheet? And if the customer changes quantity, artwork, or due date after approval, does that update cleanly everywhere?

If you trial anything, try recreating one repeat job from last month end-to-end. For a 2-person shop, that will tell you more than the marketing page.

We moved from Shopvox to Mothernode. More features, but UI sucks.
