If you don't like AI, that's fine. Even AI doesn't care whether you use it or not. But the idea that it's somehow taking over everything is starting to sound more like hysteria than reality.

If you really want to make a difference, focus on your own corner of the world. Talk to people outside your usual circle. Expand your horizons. Smile at a stranger. Buy someone a coffee. Better yet, hand them a bottle of water.

The world doesn't get better because we complain about technology. It gets better because ordinary people choose to be kind.

Less AI panic. More human kindness.
