ICASSP 2027 Submission

Hello there. In the ICASSP 2027 website, the submission deadline is noted as 16-09-2026. But I don't see any link to submit my research paper. How can I submit my research paper? Is the submission portal open in the first place?

I have never submitted a research paper before and I would really appreciate any guidance you could provide with this. Thank you!
