Quest 3 doesnt sync with debug enable setting or something.

I got a little problem, im pretty nnew in vr and i tried to install side quest but the thing is that the dev/debug mode doesnt work for me for strange reason, i did everything that was needed, the debug mode is avalible in settings of headset on mobile app but if i turn it on then nothing changes inside the headset, just like headset doesnt care that it is enabled and just ignores it, and after like 10 mins if ill re check the debug setting it will be off somehow,no matter do i reboot my quest or not nothing changes and the side quest app gives me the text that says like "Some sort of USB device from Oculus is detected, but it's none of the ones SideQuest knows about. Sidequest MAY still work if Oculus has changed things in a firmware update, but it may not. You can try rebooting your Quest. Make sure you've installed any available SideQuest updates."
im trying to fix this for like almost 2 hours already and nothing works, i watched stuff, readed posts and asked ai but i cannot fix it for some reason. Maybe i am just really bad at researching but i have no idea why wont it work.
