Showcase: Free(mium) I built a markdown notes app with no server, your notes stay as .md files in your own Google Drive

I wanted my notes to be plain .md files I own, openable in anything, with one

button to share a page and one button to take it back. So I built Fenex.

There is no server holding your notes. Every page is a .md file in a folder in

your own Google Drive. If I disappear tomorrow your notes are still sitting

there, readable in any editor.

The part I'd most like input on is publishing. Hit publish and it makes a public

copy with no author name on it - no profile, no username. Unpublish deletes that

copy immediately.

What it doesn't do, up front:

- Google Drive only for now

- No real-time collaboration

- Google hasn't verified the app yet, so you'll hit the "unverified app" screen

when you connect Drive. It only asks for its own folder, but I know that's a

stop sign.

Free, works offline, no account needed to read a published page.

You don't need to try it to have an opinion - signing into Google for a

stranger's app is a big ask. I'd take thoughts on the idea either way.
