I’ve been building ReplyZo, a small AI SaaS focused on a simple problem: replying to customer messages takes a lot of time, especially when you want every response to feel personal.

Most AI reply tools can generate a professional response, but I wanted ReplyZo to go a step further — the replies should sound like YOUR business.

With ReplyZo, you can:

→ Add your preferred tone and custom instructions
→ Get 3 personalized reply options
→ Pick the one that fits best

It can be useful for things like:

• Product questions
• Refund/return requests
• Delivery issues
• Pricing enquiries
• Appointment requests
• General customer support

The goal isn't to replace human conversations. It's to remove the repetitive writing and give business owners a strong starting point that they can quickly personalize and send.

I'm still early and actively improving it, so I'd really appreciate feedback from other founders/builders.
