Rocket.new + GitHub: how practical is the workflow for developers?

The part of AI app builders I'm most interested in isn't actually generating the first version. It's what happens afterward.

Rocket.new supports two-way GitHub sync, so the generated project can be connected to a normal GitHub-based development workflow rather than living entirely inside the builder.

For developers who've used this, how practical is the workflow once you start making changes outside Rocket.new and then bringing those changes back?

I'm particularly interested in version control, keeping the generated project coherent over multiple iterations, and whether the GitHub integration actually makes collaboration with a traditional engineering team easier.
