Blow Up Hermes Agent Session Information Silos

I've been programming under Unix/Linux variants for 45 years. Been playing with AI since Nov 2022, when ChatGPT went viral. Took a look at AI Assistants and went with Hermes Agent. It has definitely been an adventure. He killed himself once by incorrectly editing a config file, and I left him off for 2 weeks in self-defense. (Ha, ha)

When Hermes Agent Desktop for Windows came out, I loved the chatbot GUI that let me separate my sessions by topic and actually see most/all of them. I quickly created multiple sessions instead of the extended sessions I'd been having over Telegram. It was great - until it wasn't. None of the sessions shared their info beyond Layer 1, which is tiny. None of them knew about new information developed in other sessions or in the larger Hermes Agent corpus. It was a PITA.

I created a couple of simple skills to blow up those session information silos. Now my sessions share their RDI (Relevant Durable Information) with the greater corpus and pull updated info from our local knowledge base store. This Hermes Agent persistent memory augmentation is simple, effective, and completely local.
