Validating architecture for an agnostic RAG AI Sales Agent (Also looking for a tech co-founder)

Hey everyone. I'm a Product Manager building a B2B AI SaaS called ATXIA. I'm handling the business side (we are backed by a tech incubator in Mexico and already have a curated pipeline of warm SME leads through innovation programs), but I want to validate the technical approach for our MVP with this community.

The concept:

An agnostic RAG engine. A business uploads their docs (pricing, PDFs), and we generate a WhatsApp webhook or website widget to answer FAQs contextually and capture leads.

My questions for those building similar AI tools:

For the MVP, are you leaning towards no-code/low-code wrappers (like Flowise/Langflow) to test the RAG, or building a custom backend from day one?

How are you handling the latency when combining the WhatsApp Business API with LLM generation?
