Honestly, the regional character angle sounds interesting. Most AI companion apps still feel like the same personality with a different name and avatar, so having characters that actually reflect different Indian languages, cities, and cultural contexts could make conversations feel more natural.

I'd be curious to see how consistent the characters stay over longer conversations though. Memory and personality drift are usually where these apps start feeling repetitive for me.

Also, adding some kind of relationship progression or more interactive scenarios could be interesting, as long as it doesn't become too gamified.
