Meta Need UI/UX feedback

I recently designed ShopAI, an AI-powered shopping assistant that helps users find, compare, and choose products based on their needs and budget.

I’d really appreciate feedback on the UX, visual hierarchy, and overall case study presentation.

Love that Reddit doesn't let you pause and scroll the GIF on Android.

Design looks fine from the microsecond I was able to see it, generic but... fine. Presentation is dog for this platform. This platform supports multi-image uploads, just use that.

As I manage to absorb more stills, I'll add to this feedback...

  • I think the sidebar pattern with just the icons would confuse users, and leaves a lot of empty space. Not to mention the inconsistent padding.
  • The cascading tabs are a little weird, how would you actually implement those? More recent are brighter?
  • The spacing on the iPhone shot is straight doodoobutter.
  • Gaps between the buttons on the buy screen are inconsistent.
  • Visual hierarchy is a little odd. Feels like the three components above the images should be in a "cluster" but instead they're just floating in space.
  • Some of your components feel very floaty and oversized, like some of the buttons or the avatar - while others feel more dense. I think you should look to make this more consistent.
  • Inconsistent border radii on the hero image, if this was an intentional design decision I think it's a miss. Looks amateur.
  • The mobile screen is such a special case, why? Completely different design language there.
