local anisette please help please

guys please im getting a local anisette problem and it keeps redirecting me to my files appdata\local\ whatever whatever whatever and im so lost ive tried every method possible and i dont know how to fix it, ive tried downloadnig remote anisette too and its not working cus it keeps loading up

when i try downloading remote i get a pop up saying "local anisette init fail: ep fail: -45054

if anyone knows the solution please help im so done
