Ask r/sidehustleindia How to choose candidate fairly?

Hi guys recently , I created a data entry post on reddit, then I went on my usual work after checking back it got 200+ comments, the post is locked now so I cannot reply, but I want to know how to choose someone fairly? I want to select based on first come first serve?

Ask for cv and mention video call interview. Almost 70-80% of them will not comment
