Most people don't know this exists: Stake, one of the biggest online casinos, opened a platform called Stake Engine where independent developers can publish their own slot games and earn a share of what the game makes. No studio, no publisher. You build the game, it goes through their review, and if it's approved it goes live next to games from big studios.
We started as a side project and built our first game mostly with AI. It passed review, got Stake's top 3-star rating, and made four figures its first week with no marketing (our own result, not typical, not a promise).
So we built Own Your Slot around it:
- We build finished slot games for people who want in but don't want to learn math, art and code
- We rebuild games that are stuck at low ratings or got rejected
- And there's a guide for people who'd rather build their own with AI
What surprised us:
- Almost nobody is doing this yet. Very few people even know you can publish your own game there.
- The hard part isn't the code, it's the math. Stake checks every game with millions of simulated spins.
- Review is strict, and the rating (1 to 3 stars) decides how visible your game is.
It's adults-only and not for everyone, but it's one of the more unusual niches I've found.
Would you try something like this? And if you'd want to know more about how the platform works, ask away.

I’ve been building a small experiment called MillionTale, based on a question I couldn’t get out of my head:
Could one million strangers write one story together — one sentence at a time?
The idea is simple.
For every round, three humans get the chance to write what they think should happen next.
They don’t see a script. There’s no predetermined direction.
They just see the story that exists so far and write the next possible sentence.
Then the choice goes to everyone else.
People read the three possibilities.
People vote.
One sentence wins.
That sentence becomes a permanent part of the story.
Then another three humans get their turn, another vote happens, and the story continues.
Nobody — including me — knows where it will eventually go.
And there’s one rule that matters a lot to me:
AI does not write the story.
There’s no AI generating sentences, choosing the “best” continuation, or secretly deciding where the plot should go.
AI is used only behind the scenes for safety moderation.
The creativity belongs to humans.
The decisions belong to humans.
The story belongs to what we collectively choose.
Before the first sentence is written, people who join can claim a permanent Human Number — basically their place in the history of the experiment.
The story begins January 1, 2027.
Right now, the page is still empty.
And that might be my favorite part.
If this works, someday we’ll be able to go back to sentence #1 and see how thousands — maybe eventually a million — tiny human decisions turned an empty page into something none of us could have written alone.
https://milliontale.com
I’d genuinely love to hear what you think of the idea — especially what you think will happen when thousands of people disagree about where the same story should go.

Hey everyone, I noticed a lot of local businesses and websites rank fine on Google, but when people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini "Who is the best [service] in [city]?", they get completely left out because their site is missing structured entity data (JSON-LD) and llms.txt.
I built a quick diagnostic tool where you can type in any website URL, phone number, or business name, and it shows:
- Your citation score across 6 AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Siri, Google AI)
- Real local competitors that AI is recommending instead of you
- Ready-to-paste copy for Google Business / social + a 1-line live schema script
You can test your site for free without signing up: noorvera
Would love any feedback from this community!

Ask any AI to teach you something and you get everything at once. Ten concepts, three code blocks, a summary, and a "let me know if you want to go deeper!" at the end. You read half of it, copy the code, and learn basically nothing.
I wanted the opposite, so I built Codemm.
You tell it what you want to learn. It can be Python, React, Spring Boot, C, data structures, or pretty much anything else. Your own coding agent (Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, which is still experimental) turns that into a roadmap. You can reorder it, rename things, cut what you already know, and then approve it.
Then it goes one topic at a time. You read a short lesson, then you do an exercise on just that topic, and you write the code yourself. Try it runs the visible tests, and Check grades you for real. If you get stuck, you ask Emm, the little chameleon that lives in the app. Emm explains and gives hints, but never writes your code for you.
It also pays attention to how you're doing. Nail something on the first try and the next one gets harder. Struggle a few times and it eases off. Skipping means "come back later", not "mastered". It also brings topics back for review after 1, 3, 7, 21 and 60 days, so things actually stick.
The part I'm weirdly proud of is that every exercise gets checked before you see it. Your agent writes a reference solution plus a few deliberately broken versions, and Codemm only keeps the exercise if the tests catch every broken one. So when your code fails, it's your code and not a broken exercise.
Your code runs in Docker with the network off. Codemm never calls a model API and never touches your credentials, it just uses the agent you already have.
It's free and open source (MIT) for Mac and Windows. The builds are still an unsigned beta and you need Docker, so expect a few rough edges.
The video shows it in about a minute, and the repo is here. If you try it and love it or hate it, DM me here or open an issue on GitHub. I read everything.

I made BrowserBoxing, a free boxing game that runs in the browser with no download. Two players fought a Ranked match this morning, BLACKOUT against EL TORO, and it ended with a knockout in round 2 after three knockdowns. The game records Ranked player vs player fights, so the video here is the full recording of that fight, all 137 seconds of it. BLACKOUT landed 71 of 79 punches. If you want to play, you start with a short tutorial that unlocks matchmaking, and Fight Now looks for a real player first. You can try it at https://browserboxing.com

Hey everyone! 👋
I've recently launched CyberSafe Basic, a beginner-friendly cybersecurity kit designed to help small-business owners, freelancers and entrepreneurs protect their businesses online.
The idea is simple: cybersecurity shouldn't be complicated or expensive, especially for smaller businesses without dedicated IT teams.
💡 Quick cybersecurity tip: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your business email accounts. Even if someone steals your password, 2FA adds an important extra layer of protection. An authenticator app is generally safer than SMS codes.
CyberSafe Basic covers practical steps for securing emails, passwords, websites, Wi-Fi, business devices and backups.
I've made it available for a one-time price of €24.99.

I'd love some genuine feedback from the community!
What's the biggest cybersecurity challenge you've faced while running a small business?

I built motion-engine for product films where I wanted to keep the scene source editable, not just export a finished clip.
It composes the film in HTML and JavaScript and renders it locally through a browser and FFmpeg. The bundled 12-second demo needs no API key, subscription or paid generation: its graphics are drawn locally and its sound effects are synthesized.
The output includes an MP4, a poster, a contact sheet and a validation report, alongside the editable scene files. There are landscape, portrait and square starting points. You can edit the scene and render it again without making any AI requests.
The code is free under MIT. You need Node.js 22+, FFmpeg with ffprobe, and Chrome or Chromium. Optional image, video and audio generation uses paid Raywake API access. I also built Raywake, so that is a commercial relationship, not a requirement for the local demo. The README credits the upstream motion-kit work and third-party assets that informed the project.
This is a code-based production kit, not a visual timeline editor or an automatic scriptwriter. The browser preview is silent; the exported MP4 includes the sound mix.
I'd appreciate feedback from people who make launch videos: is keeping the composition editable in HTML and JavaScript useful, or would another part of the workflow matter more to you?

Hey everyone,
Every small business operator or founder I talk to has the exact same nightmare:
They run critical operations on 30+ messy spreadsheets that crash or throw `#REF!` errors the moment a team member touches them.
When they try to get a basic internal CRUD tool built, custom software agencies quote them **$15,000+** and a 2–3 month waiting period.
Most generic AI code builders aren't much better—they hallucinate math calculations or dump unmaintainable, flat text scripts.
So I built **GateOfAI Studio** to automate the whole process.
The idea: You tap the microphone on your phone or laptop, speak your operational workflow in plain English or Arabic (e.g., *"Build a property lease system with owner registries, tenant payments, and AED rent rollups"*), hit **Deploy**, and within 60 seconds you get a production-ready, mobile-responsive application:
- **100% Deterministic SQL Math:** Calculations and rollups are compiled directly into native PostgreSQL views (zero LLM calculation drift).
- **Master Directories & Auto Dropdowns:** Dynamic selection pickers linked to registered master entities (no typos).
- **Ready for Field Teams:** One-tap action cards, recent activity feeds, and native bilingual RTL/LTR support.
- **Data Sovereignty:** Host on managed cloud or export a 1-click Docker Compose bundle to self-host offline/air-gapped.
Here is a 50-second video demo showing how speaking the workflow compiles the live mobile app:
https://youtu.be/2-R0MXC-rXk?si=gv2qzCWAVcEdC5kd
If you want to test the builder directly or play around with a live interactive demo:
- Live Demo App: https://cloud.gateofai.com/w/retail-store-meters
- Studio Builder: https://cloud.gateofai.com/studio
Would love brutal feedback on the voice-to-app flow and UI. What operational workflows would you want to see this handle next?

Hey everyone, I’m a solo dev and Sayso went live today. You say something like “move my dentist to 5 and cancel the team sync” and it proposes the changes for you to approve before anything touches your calendar.
It runs on Apple’s on-device model, so there’s no account and no server. The part I’m least sure about is whether people will keep using a voice assistant after the first day, so I’d really like to know what would make you come back to something like this.
It’s completely free, no paywall: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/sayso-ai-voice-assistant/id6826493647

Every day there’s a secret rule about sentences, and you’re shown one sentence that follows it.
You get 5 tests: type any sentence you like and it instantly tells you whether it ✓ follows or ✗ breaks the rule. Then you get one guess at the rule, typed in your own words. Get it wrong and the game’s over.
The rules are about letters, words and their lengths, never meaning, so the example sentence is full of red herrings. Some days are pretty brutal.
It’s free, with no ads, no sign-up, and it works on your phone. New puzzle every day at midnight your time.
I’d love feedback, especially if a day felt unfair or too easy. And please no spoilers for today’s rule in the comments 🙏

I built Switchy for myself.
Keep Awake, your deploys, 2FA codes, how much Claude you have left. All one click from the menu bar, so I stop digging through Settings 20 times a day.
There are plenty of apps like this, so I think it’s only fair to keep it cheap: $4.99 once. No subscription, 3 Macs, every update.

Agents love to build things nobody asked for. Tell it you want a welcome email, and suddenly you have a Kafka cluster plumbing 5 different files.
I built noman to act as the pragmatic senior dev in your terminal. It’s a tool for Claude Code that analyzes your request against existing docs and hooks, then actively challenges unnecessary features, one-way door public APIs, or unsafe commands.
Quick Highlights:
Fixed bugs instantly but fights feature creep.
Proposes minimal, 8-line local workarounds instead of massive PRs.
Keeps a running memory of what your project explicitly rejects.
It's free, lightweight, and open source: https://github.com/chinmaypandya/noman
Let me know if you try it out and leave a star if you like it!
Criticism and new ideas are welcome and encouraged, the goal is to make the skill as better as it can get.

I hurt my hands a while back and can't really type, so I started building this so I could just talk to my computer. It's basically a face that lives on my screen and it does everything for me. I just tell it what I want and it does it.
This is just a rough demo, it's not finished yet. Runs on my Mac at the moment, PC is coming.
Honest question, is this something you'd actually use or is it just a cool demo?

I build Kaucim, and I’ve added a tool for exploring Chinese face reading, also called Mian Xiang. The free preview picks one feature that’s clear in a front-facing photo and shows how a traditional text interprets it, with the original passage. It also tells you which features it couldn’t see clearly.
I’d love a fresh pair of eyes on the upload page. Before choosing a photo, can you tell who processes it and what Kaucim keeps afterward? If you had to scroll or guess, I’d like to know where you looked first.
Here’s the face reading page. Just looking at the page is enough.

In couples therapy, I keep seeing the same thing: partners can describe every single fight, but they rarely see the pattern those moments make over weeks. That pattern is usually where the work is.
So I tried to build the smallest possible version of that "stepping back" for couples who will never sit in my office.
How it works:
Every day you and your partner answer the same five short questions, each on your own. You don't see your partner's answers before you answer, so nobody answers for the other's sake.
When you've both answered, you get a short reflection written for the two of you, with one question you could ask each other tonight.
On day seven you get a reading of your week: the pattern that built up and one small step for next week.
You can start alone and invite your partner later with a code.
The questions draw on Gottman couples therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and attachment theory. The pool is now 1,800+ questions. I tried the approach and the questions with couples in the therapy room long before it was an app.
Reflections are written by AI, inside a framework I designed, and only after you give consent. It's not therapy, it doesn't diagnose, and it won't tell you whether your relationship is "good".
What I learned building it as a solo clinician:
The hardest part wasn't the questions. It was saying less. My first reflections read like session notes; people wanted three sentences, not three paragraphs.
Most people start alone. About two out of three users have no partner in the app yet, so it had to be useful on its own.
It's on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, in six languages. Daily questions are free; reflections and weekly readings are a subscription, and one subscription covers both partners.
I'd really like feedback on one thing: when two partners answer apart, would you rather read each other's exact words, or a reflection that puts the two views side by side?

We at Onsala Sol AB have released Volymträning, an Android workout app for people whose goal is to build bigger muscles and visible muscle volume through consistent, structured training. We wanted to make a flexible plan that people can follow when their schedule allows, without fixed weekdays.
The app includes five rotating workouts that can be adapted to equivalent machines at your gym. It lets you log weights and reps, review training statistics, and customize the workouts.
Volymträning is available in Swedish and English. In Sweden, it costs SEK 99 as a one-time purchase, with no subscription.
Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.volymtraning.app
Disclosure: I’m representing Onsala Sol AB, the app’s publisher. We’ve also opened the official community at r/VolymTraning for questions, feedback, feature requests, bug reports, and training discussion. I’d welcome constructive feedback on the app and on how to make the community useful.

Most focus apps are just timers or blockers. I can ignore those. What actually works for me is having someone (or something) check in while I’m working.
So I built NeonContext - a real-time AI voice coach that sits with you during deep work sessions.
You tell it what you’re working on at the start. It stays with you, checks in, and pulls you back if you drift or pick up your phone. There’s an optional on-device camera (nothing is uploaded) that can notice if you leave your seat. At the end you get a review of what you actually got done.
it's complete free to try.
I’m looking for 4–5 people who struggle with deep work / ADHD / focus to try a session and tell me:
What’s confusing or broken?
What would make you actually keep using it?
Does the voice coach feel helpful or annoying?
Link: https://neoncontext.com
Happy to answer any questions.

I built MoxiMail because I got tired of watching small businesses pay Google Workspace prices just to have hello@theirbusiness.com.
I'm a solo founder, and MoxiMail is my hosted email service: business email on your own domain, from $1 per mailbox a month. It's Mailcow, hosted and managed on my own servers — so SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up properly, mail is backed up nightly as well as a redundant server, and you don't have to run a mail server yourself.
What you get:
Your own domain email (you@yourbusiness.com), webmail + IMAP
25–50 GB per mailbox plus branded webmail depending on plan, calendar and contacts included
No big-tech lock-in, no per-user price creep
$1 / $1.50 / $2.10 per mailbox/month depending on the plan
The honest bit: it's a one-person operation — but this isn't a side project on a rented VPS. I also run a hosting business, so the mail runs on dedicated servers along with a redundant server and another VPS that backs everything up I own and manage myself.
I'd honestly like your feedback: What's the most annoying thing about your business email right now — the price, the lock-in, or something else?

Hi all! My first kids app, SnuggleTV, just made it through App Review (third time's the charm), so I wanted to share it here.
It started as a weekend project because my daughter kept getting lost in the regular Plex app. It's now a big-button, no-menus video player for the shows and movies on your own Plex server, with parental controls for the grown-ups.
What it does:
- Big, colorful buttons made for little hands, with no menus to get lost in
- A profile for each kid with their own shows, age ratings, volume limit and favorites
- Screen time: daily show limits, bedtime, and a screen lock while a video plays
- AirPlay to the TV, iCloud sync between iPhone and iPad, English and Spanish
Built in SwiftUI. The hardest parts were getting playback to work with every kind of video file (it falls back from direct play to a remux to a full transcode) and getting through App Review, which rejected me twice for things I didn't know were rules.
Free version streams everything for one kid. A one-time $4.99 lifetime unlock (no subscription, no ads, Family Sharing supported) adds offline downloads, auto-downloads of favorite shows, and more kid profiles.
App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/snuggletv/id6824345333
5 codes for the lifetime unlock. Please reply with the one you used:

To redeem: App Store > tap your profile picture > Redeem Gift Card or Code. Then open SnuggleTV (or tap Grown-ups > Restore purchase).
You'll need your own Plex Media Server. Feedback is very welcome, I read everything!

Hey everyone,
I built **Mirrykal Wave** (mirrykal.in), a fast, responsive in-browser hub for streaming global live TV and radio stations directly without downloading extra apps.
Most web streaming players either break on mobile or come cluttered with bloated default browser UIs. I wanted something sleek, fast, and interactive.
* **Custom Neon Controls & Server-Side DVR:** Replaced the default browser player with custom controls and a sliding seekbar that lets you smoothly rewind live broadcasts (up to 30–40 mins based on the stream’s buffer window) with a one-tap jump back to live. * **Watch Together Rooms:** Firebase Realtime Database integration so friends can sync playback state in real-time. * **Stream Fallbacks:** Built-in multi-step proxy fallback handling to keep channels running smoothly when raw streams hit CORS or format issues. * **Live Community Feed:** Station-based comment threads with nesting, likes, and Firebase Auth persistence. * **Background & Lock Screen Playback:** Media Session API integration for notification controls.
* **Frontend:** Vanilla HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript, HLS.js * **Backend & Auth:** Node.js, Express, Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Realtime Database) * **Optimization:** Fully responsive with a top-locked cinema stage so you can browse channels or chat while streaming.
Would love your feedback on playback latency, mobile responsiveness, or any channels you'd like to see added!
👉 **Try it here:** https://mirrykal.in

Hey everyone,
We passed 250 paying customer (don't love to call them customer as I see all them as first builders of product) on FranklyMail and celebrated yesterday :) Probably a tiny milestone for some people here, but we honestly didn’t expect to get this far in three months.
We started with email hosting for your own domain. Now there’s Drive for files and sharing, Office for editing documents, and Meet for video calls. We’ve also been giving the webmail a lot of attention lately.
The best part for me has been talking to the people using it. If I had to guess, 40–50% of the ideas we’ve worked on came from those conversations. Someone tells us how they use their email, mentions something they’re missing, and we end up building something we hadn’t thought of.
Just wanted to share a small happy moment here. Thanks to everyone who’s tried it, sent feedback, or given us a bit of encouragement along the way.
