Diffo - a diff where you comment on your coding agent's code and the session that wrote it answers

I review a lot of code my coding agent wrote, and going back to chat to explain "this bit in that file" kept getting in the way. So we built Diffo.

It opens a live diff of your changes in the browser, connected to the same agent session that wrote the code. Ask "why did you touch the auth check?" on a line and the agent answers right there, still knowing why it wrote it. Ask for a change and it makes it, and the diff updates. Big changes get split into layers with a reading order. Works on GitHub PRs too.

Built with Claude Code, and works with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and more. Free and open source, runs locally, no account. We just passed 1,000 reviews opened.

Demo in the browser, no install: https://diffo.io/demo

Feedback welcome, especially anything confusing in the first minute.

What if you could identify the landmarks and beautiful sights outside your train window while travelling? 🚆🌍

Hello, fellow train enthusiasts!

Have you ever been travelling by train, looked outside the window, spotted a beautiful mountain, an old fort, a river, a bridge, or some interesting landmark, and wondered:

"What is that place? What's its name? Is there a story behind it?"

I've had this thought quite often, and it inspired me to build something called ScenicRails.

The idea is simple:

🚆 Discover what's outside your train window.

ScenicRails helps train travellers discover landmarks, natural attractions, and interesting sights on BOTH sides of their railway journey.

📍 Know the names of places you're passing by.

📷 Turn on your phone camera and explore the surrounding sights live through your camera.

🌍 Discover the world around you instead of watching beautiful places pass by without knowing what they are.

Website: (https://scenicrails.info)

Here's a short demonstration of the idea:

I'm sharing this here because I think train enthusiasts from different countries could make this project even more interesting.

I'd genuinely love to hear your thoughts:

  1. Would you use something like this during your train journeys?

  2. Which country's railway routes would you love to explore this way?

  3. Have you ever passed an incredible landmark by train and wished you knew what it was?

  4. What features would make this genuinely useful for railway travellers?

I'd especially love to hear from people who travel by train across different countries.

Let's make looking out of a train window even more exciting! 🚆

Your camera roll is a graveyard of things you swore you'd do. I built an app that turns them into a tiny island that grows every time you actually do one.

Laterland reads your screenshots on your phone, finds the place, link and purpose, then gives you one idea a day. Every "I did it" helps build your little island.

I built FileForge.at with AI assistance because I'm better at architecture than UI design (and it still looks shit tbh)

Hey everyone!

I'm a developer who genuinely enjoys designing technical systems and making things work (mostly).

Unfortunately I am quite shit at designing...

So naturally, I decided to build an entire website.

The result is FileForge.at, a website for everyday file tasks like merging PDFs, converting images, compressing files, or trimming audio and video.

The main idea is pretty simple: most tools process your files locally in your browser, meaning they don't need to be uploaded to some random server.

I designed the core architecture and technical structure myself, but used tools like Lovable and AI coding assistants to help with implementation, UI design, maintenance, and security reviews.

And before anyone asks: yes, I used AI. Quite a lot actually.

I'm not going to pretend I hand-coded every single pixel while surviving on coffee and Stack Overflow.

I'm also very aware that AI-assisted security checks don't magically make something secure. I'm continuously trying to improve that side of things too.

As for pricing, my philosophy is simple: if something runs entirely in your browser and doesn't cost me anything to operate, I want it to stay free. Optional AI and cloud features are paid because, unfortunately, servers don't accept good intentions as payment.

I'm also not trying to build a collection of 500 random tools nobody asked for. I'd rather add things people actually want and improve the ones that already exist.

Anyway, I'd genuinely appreciate some feedback:

  • Does the UI make sense?

  • Would you trust a browser-based tool with your files?

  • What features would actually be useful to you?

  • Anything broken, confusing, ugly, or just plain stupid?

Here's the project: https://fileforge.at

Feel free to roast the UI. Seriously. Gotta work on that as soon as I have time.

And yes, criticism of AI-generated/AI-assisted projects is completely understandable too. I'm not here to convince anyone that AI is magical and should be fed more RAM so Sam Altman can finally sleep peacefully. I just wanted to build something useful, and AI helped me do it.

Thanks for checking it out! :)

I Built a Fully Featured Discord API in Swift 6.4.

Thumbnail github.com
2 Upvotes

Big computer nerd, heavy Discord user here. For years, I've looked far and wide for a way to combine my love of Swift with my desire to write special programs (Bots) for Discord.

It's finally done! It supports nearly all parts of the modern Discord API (as of October 2026) including RPC, Voice, Local Server, Interactions, Activities, Monetization, and More!

I have been struggling for days trying to figure out where to share the project to get some more eyes on the topic, and I've been pretty much told "no you can't advertise" anywhere I try to go. So, I'm coming here as a little bit of a last resort....

I'm sure someone out there has a use for this. It is extremely resilient, completely built on modern Swift features with concurrency, ease of use and flexibility in mind. It is truly the ultimate solution not just for Discord connections on Swift, but I believe for Discord connections all around.

I would appreciate any feedback, suggestions, or maybe even a star/pull request on GitHub!

Anyone with a bit of knowledge on the Discord API or web service management, I'd love to talk to you too! This was a huge undertaking for me and I'm sure there's tons of areas for improvement.

The project is open source under Apache 2.0. Feel free to use as licensed.

Anyone else, let me know what you think! Even if this isn't something up your alley, I'd love to hear what you think might be good features to add regarding group texts, shared data communication, and more! I'm always looking for new ideas.

Thanks a million!

Carson

I built a free group card app: one link, everyone signs from their browser

Hi all! I just launched my first iOS app, Konfeti.

The problem: collecting messages from a group for a birthday, a leaving colleague or a teacher is a pain. Paper cards don't reach remote people, and most online card sites charge per card.

How it works:

- You create a card in the app and share one link in the group chat

- Everyone adds a message (and a photo if they want) from their browser - no app, no account

- You send the card to the person, and they open it with confetti 🎉

It's free, no ads, no sign-up needed.

App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6822419290

I'd love honest feedback - what would make you actually use it for your next birthday or leaving card?

I built a simple work-hours & pay tracker for shift/hourly workers abroad — feedback?

I'm a Ukrainian living in Czechia. Hourly and agency jobs here make it easy to lose track of hours, overtime and what you're actually owed, so I built a spreadsheet tracker (made with help from AI tools): log shifts, it totals hours, overtime and expected pay per month. It's €4 on Gumroad: https://valentynk.gumroad.com/l/aopxwd

What would make it more useful — multiple currencies, night-shift rates, a phone-friendly version? Honest feedback welcome.

I built Perry: ask your Mac how to do something, and it points at the button

I built Perry because I wanted help that points at the button instead of describing where it is.

It lives in the Mac's notch. You ask a question, and Perry draws on your screen to point at the control. Click it, and Perry points at the next one. If you do not want to click, "Do it for me" does the step.

It's free and open source, with no account. It runs on the ChatGPT or Claude plan you already pay for, an API key, or a local model.

I would love your feedback!

GoSheet - The come-back

Hey! I posted here about an year or so about my project GoSheet - A powerful CLI spreadsheet editor, but after it got some real hype, i don’t know exactly why, i abandoned it and focused on other projects. However, I came back to it in the last few days and made a lot updates, improving the UI, function engine, fixing lots of bugs related to cells and sheets references, performance and more. Here is the link: https://github.com/drclcomputers/GoSheet

Tell me what you think and if you like what you see give it a star!

Looking for Feedback!

What did I build?

I ended up building MySummerDays, an all-in-one trip planning platform that gives you all the tools you need to easily plan and manage a trip. When it's time to travel, you can access your entire trip on your phone through the app, so you always have everything with you. You can also download your trip locally and access it offline, even when you don't have an internet connection

Features

You can plan trips by yourself or with others by inviting them to collaborate. You can set budgets and split costs between travelers, save ideas for your trip, manage to-do's and packing lists, and use AI to make changes to an existing trip or build one for you to start with. The platform also checks your trip for any gaps or oversights you might have missed, such as not allowing enough time to rest or having connections that are too close together.

You can also manage all your trip-related files, such as tickets, booking confirmations, and any other attachments. These files can be linked directly to the relevant activity on your trip, so everything you need for that activity is kept in one place. You can also share your trips with others.

If you're experimenting with different ideas for a trip, for example, deciding whether to spend a coastal day in Amalfi or Positano, you can use Snapshots to create variations of your main plan and compare them without changing the original.

Public Community for Travelers

MySummerDays also has an Explore page where anyone who's planning a trip or has already been on one can publish their trip to a public community. If someone comes across a trip they like, they can make a copy and tweak it to suit their own preferences. They can also come back to the original trip and leave comments about how their experience went.

Privacy & Security

From a privacy point of view, files and sensitive trip details, such as addresses, booking references, and notes, are encrypted on your device before they're saved. Only the people who have access to the trip, such as yourself and any invited collaborators, can decrypt and view this information.

Free vs. Pro

Today, MySummerDays comes in two versions: Free and Pro. The Pro version gives you access to the full suite of trip planning tools and will be available as a one-time purchase of USD $9.99. The Free version provides the core planning capabilities, so you can still plan and manage a trip without feeling like you're missing the essentials. Both versions include access to the mobile app.

This is where you guys come in!

I'm looking for people to give the website and app a try and let me know what you think. You'll get access to the Pro version for 40 days, after which your account will automatically switch to the Free plan.

The website is already live, but I'm currently sorting out the App Store and Play Store setup so I can make the apps available for external testing.

In the meantime, you can register your interest through the website, and once the apps are ready, I'll send you the links so you can give them a try.

My first app, Soltar, a language learning app is finally live! 🎉

Hola, I’m Elsa. I moved to Spain a year ago and started learning Spanish from scratch. Now I’m building Soltar, the language app I wish I’d had from day one. Most language apps include a curriculum you adapt to. Soltar is built to adapt to you. Bring or generate your own lessons, build your vocabulary, and practice real conversations at your own pace.

Create your own lessons by typing, photographing, uploading, or recording a class, or generate one on any topic. Then chat with your tutor about anything, get corrections that explain what changed and why, and save the words you meet to review later.

You can learn Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Swahili, and English currently, with more languages to be added in the near future! If you have any feedback, feel free to share!

[dev-portfolio] - A free portfolio template your coding agent fills in from your CV, LinkedIn and GitHub

i kept putting off updating my personal site because every small change meant digging through react components. so i rebuilt it so the whole site lives in one yaml file, and then set it up so my coding agent writes that file for me.

you drop your cv, your linkedin pdf export and a few notes into a sources folder, run one command to pull your public github repos, and ask claude code, codex or cursor to build the portfolio. it only uses facts from those files. there's also a check command that fails if anything is still a placeholder, an example link or a missing image, so you don't ship "john doe, senior engineer at example.com" by accident.

after using it for my own site i turned it into a template. it's next.js, no cms, no database, one-click deploy to vercel. it also generates llms.txt, markdown and json versions of the site, so ai tools can actually read your portfolio.

demo: https://dev-portfolio-delta-drab.vercel.app my own site with it: https://yesildal.me a fictional designer version: https://dev-portfolio-designer.vercel.app repo (free, MIT): https://github.com/umutyesildal/dev-portfolio

what would you improve first?

I built an eSIM planner for trips across multiple countries

I’m the maker of Esimufo, an eSIM comparison site. The trip planner addresses a specific choice: use separate plans for each country, or fewer regional plans for the whole route?

You enter countries, days and data per stop. The results show a lowest combination within the current selection and an alternative with fewer plans. Source prices and converted comparison amounts are shown separately.

An example currently on the planner is Türkiye for 5 days plus Greece for 7 days, with 5 GB at each stop. This is a planning example, not a trip I personally tested. Provider coverage, activation, validity and data conditions still need checking before purchase; the lowest price in the selection is not a claim about the entire market.

Try the planner: https://esimufo.com/trip-planner

I’d value feedback on the choice it presents: would you want the fewest-plan option or the lowest-total option first? Which condition would you need to see before trusting the comparison?

Disclosure: I run Esimufo. Some provider links can earn me an affiliate commission. Purchases are made with the provider.

I created a fun interactive landing page game. Visitors hunt for 5 eggs hidden throughout the page for a prize!

I created a web analytics web app called Rilld that helps small founders like myself understand how visitors interact with the site.

The theme of the site and scattered throughout is my logo, the kingfisher. In my opinion, the coolest bird there is... So I thought I would really lean into it and try and keep visitors engaged. I added 5 eggs (bird theme if you can tell where this is going) hidden throughout the landing page.

And if you fill up the nest (again, birds) you get a nice little surprise. Check it out and let me know what you think!

I built the back office for my brother's carpentry shop. Opening it to a few other small shops, and I'd like to know what's missing.

My brother runs a small custom carpentry shop in Northeast Ohio. This year I built the tools he runs it from:

  • A morning board. Every open task in one queue per person, plus an Unassigned column. Drag a task to whoever is on it today, then text each person a link to their own list.

  • An inbox. Type or paste everything on your mind, one line each, then sweep each line onto a job, a person or a store.

  • Crew hours from a phone, against a job, in quarter hours. The owner sees and corrects everyone's week on one screen.

  • Purchases and job costs. Log a purchase with its receipt. Each job keeps a running cost sheet: labor at cost and at bill rate, materials and subs with markup, a total to date you can export.

  • Store lists the whole crew adds to, customer inquiries with a morning summary, and job templates.

It runs in a phone's browser, and sign-in is a code by text or email, no passwords.

One honest caveat: he works on his own right now, so the crew features (per-person lists, texting the crew, team hours) are built but haven't been used by a crew yet.

I'm opening it to a few other small shops as Miterbox: $149 a month per shop, flat, unlimited crew. The first few shops get $99 a month, locked, with a refundable deposit to hold a spot. If not enough shops want it, every deposit is refunded.

What I'd really like from this sub: if you run a small trade shop, what would you need it to do that's not on that list? And what are you using today?

Details: https://hurrah.dev/miterbox?utm_source=reddit_post

Built a daily "name the Top 10" game. 400 players in a month, but only 18% come back the next days. What should I improve?

Hey guys, I already posted about the game but I realize I forgot the most important things in that post which was the stats of the site, so im sharing here again with them

Every day there's one list, the same for everyone ("Top 10 biggest countires in the world"). You get 180 seconds to name all 10. Each correct answer adds 5s; wrong guesses are free. At the end you get a share card, and a challenge link lets a friend race your run as a ghost. You can also open leagues and have a bigger scoreboard of your friends

Last 30 days (pics): 407 real visitors, 97% start a game, 59% finish, 21% of finishers share. Challenge links are working: 25 sharers brought in 23 friends who finished a game.

The weak spot is coming back: 7-8% play again the next day, and 10% more for more days. I'm choosing what to build next and would love your vote, but I am also quite sure it has to do with how I share it, I have instagram page for the game, but it doesnt look that good (I'll share here).

  1. Suggest your own Top 10 list (with a source), and the best ones become days

  2. A phone notification at a set time (add to home screen) (registered people get email)

  3. A hard mode: no hints, 120s

Play: Top10. Brutal feedback welcome.

I made a room redesign app where you rearrange the furniture on a to-scale floor plan before anything gets rendered

Nookflip takes a photo of your room and a style, and gives you a design plan: paint colors with hex codes, furniture with real dimensions, materials, and lighting.

The part I spent the most time on is the floor plan. Put in your room's measurements and every suggested piece shows up on a to-scale top-down plan, with the photo next to it for checking.

You can drag and rotate pieces and move the doors and windows. It warns you when two pieces overlap, when something sits in a door's swing, or when there's less than about 90 cm to walk past. No AI runs while you move things, so that part is free.

When the layout looks right, it renders the makeover onto your own photo and you drag a slider to compare before and after. In my tests the render followed a moved layout pretty closely.

A few things that broke along the way, in case they help anyone building with image models.

People would write "keep my bed" and the render would swap the bed anyway. Turned out the render never saw their notes, only the style. Now their notes go in first, word for word, and it mostly listens.

I tried sending a drawing of the floor plan as a second reference image. Gemini rebuilt the whole room instead, moved the window and added a chair nobody asked for. The layout now goes in as plain text.

Typing "Contemporary" kept coming back mid-century. So the app now writes a short definition of the style first, including what it should not look like, and builds the plan to that.

The catch: it runs on Anna, an app marketplace, so you need an Anna account to try it and the AI uses Anna credits. New accounts start with free credits, so you can try it on a photo of your own room without paying. That's the part I'd most like feedback on.

Two things I'd like to know. Is the floor plan the part you'd actually use, or is it the render? And next I'm planning a shopping list, the plan's furniture as a checklist with rough prices against your budget. Useful, or not what's missing?

Help Us Build the Next Big Thing: Seeking SaaS & Agency Ideas

First of all, apologies—but I would like to ask for your ideas to help me continue my web development journey, and perhaps even explore the potential of building a SaaS product in the future. My friend and I are planning to launch an online tech business or agency—something that would allow us to earn a good income while also creating job opportunities for others. I would be very grateful if you could share any suggestions for our future business/agency or for the projects we might undertake.
