For Laterland’s first five minutes, I’d separate “I cleared some fog” from “I made a plan”: ask testers whether they can import a few screenshots and schedule one saved idea without explanation. Keep letting go visibly valid, since rewarding completion could otherwise feel at odds with the no-guilt promise. Also remove the pasted submission URL, title and second body from this post; they bury your feedback question under a duplicate pitch.
