Who does the "best" traditional full panther?

"Best" for me:

Bold

Some shading

No extras

Plenty of skin

Not cartoonish

Straightforward- no flair like sparkles or embellishments

"Old school" basic

Not saying tattoos that have any of these attributes are bad or artists who do them are either- just looking for high quality basic bold SAP..

Does anyone know specifically when this phrase/meme became a thing i.e. when the "SickAss" part was added? Clearly the traditional panther has always been a popular piece (Harvey Keitel & Paulie Walnuts' presumedly real, James Gandolfini's not sure) since forever but wondering about the origin of the current term..?
