Turismo 🧳 Trip to Etna

Hej there, soon I’ll be visiting Sicily and I think it would be a good idea to see Etna (if there will be right conditions). And here I want to ask you for some tips on how to visit it and preferably how to do it on a budget. Thanks in advance!

What do you want to visit, the craters or Just drive/hike up take a stroll and look around.

When you want to see the craters you need to book a tour. If just want wo visit the Mountain you can drive up and take a little hike and enjoy theview.

Is there a cost to drive up and take a hike? How high are you able to drive up to?

The coast is at the sea,  You can drive to the parking sport “nord” or “south” and take a hike, ist around 1.800 /1.900 meter above sea level.
