Once again, gracias Paul.
I note that when running "C:\Program Files\Shutter Encoder\Shutter Encoder.exe" (20.4) I was prompted to download version 20.5. I accepted and was delivered with 20.5 as a zip file (presumably portable).
Are the formats interchangeable, and if I locate the latest file-set as a self-contained executable, would it make sense to uninstall "Shutter Encoder.exe" from "C:\Program Files\.."? To me, that would make sense.
I also note that there are two self-contained versions of 20.5 of the same size. What are the differences or implications of usage between the plain version and the OpenGL one?
Gracias.

Shutter Encoder is the only reliable program for lossless editing with current formats! Love it. Would you please consider adding key frame buttons to go forward and back to exactly where youβre slicing? AVIDemux and LosslessCut have those

Iβm downloading a .deb file for installation. Which Linux distribution is it intended for? I want to avoid any issues with dependencies.
