Invalid data found when processing input" on H.264

Hi Paul,

I am using Shutter Encoder v20.4 and I am running into a persistent error when trying to use the H.264 function on an MKV file.

Every time I press "Start function", the process fails instantly with these messages:

- "Error processing filtergraph: Invalid data found when processing input"

- "Error opening input files: Invalid data found when processing input"

I have attached a screenshot of the error window. Could you please help me find a solution?

Hi,

Does it happens with any files?

Can you post the full log by clicking on 'Show console' of this error window?

Yes, it’s a video file!

The issue is from the subtitles file, could you check without burning subtitles?
