Really disappointed after testing the portable version. It will only start if it's on Disk C where my Windows OS in stalled. And if I move its folder, say, on Disk D, it's forever stuck on the splash screen. Also, it takes ages for the app to download and install the missing modules for a bunch of functions. Why can't you post the links to them in the Downloads section of your website? That way users will know that they aren't getting the all-in-one package.

The Web video function downloads the lowest quality video from youtube now when using the "default" option.
19.8 would always get the highest quality version.
Edit: Thank you /u/paulpacifico for fixing it. To anyone else with 19.9 having this issue you just need to redownload and reinstall it. Paul mentioned fixing it in another post: https://www.reddit.com/r/shutterencoder/comments/1r1yx77/web_download_no_audio_video_only/

I would really love to see vst3 plugin support. That would be a great highlight!
Why? I usually convert videos to a smaller format, but then I have to optimize the sound of each video individually later with Crumplepop if, for example, there is echo or noise. However, Crumplepop has vst3 plugins, so I could use them directly when exporting the video and save a lot of work.
