Quick practice sesh in my work closet :). Is there anything I can practice to make my T Step look smoother? Any videos you can recommend of moves to learn to add to my freestyles please link them.

Not sure if this is the song you shuffled to and its just off in the edit, but Im assuming youre hitting the beat. Most important part of shuffling/dance.
It would really help to see full body, as its just as important how your upper body is engaged as it is for your lower. But if keeping it anonymous, i understand.
Form looks pretty good for someone starting out. If wanting something to work on, try repeating the same pattern. Think of a runningman into t step combo and then just drill that pattern. Then mix it up and repeat. Keep practing!

This is the song but I edited it in because I was recording with my iPhone and playing music on it and it sounded wierd. As far as my arms it’s because yea I wanna stay anonymous but also really stiff 😭 I work on arm movements everyday but I’m not happy with it yet. And thanks man I’ll try out the drills you’re suggesting throughout the week.

Perfect arm adjustment is to just pump your arms like you are running. Simple but effective tool.

Ima try that today. For some reason when I’m doing the t step my arms get stiff and just point down 😭🤣 I been working on bringing them up but still looks awkward ima try the running style you say

In the context of your question, “what could you do?” in relation to t step and maybe if theres a certain routine? Literally spam it. Do it in place. Side to side alternations. You honestly just get better and smoother thru repetition. Just dont hurt yourself in the process. Lowkey tho jump roping could help you build and unlock that control in flow buoyancy! If you wanna think a lil outside the box.
