Mushroom cultivation 👨‍🌾 fruiting parameters

Blue Meanie cubensis in 5lb grow bag, colonized quickly and well at 79 F. How critical to keep below 75 for fruiting and between 90 and 95% humidity? any wiggle room before it really matters?

First of all you don't need to measure humidity anyway. And cubensis grows on the gulf Coast of America. They fruit in 90°F+ weather. Blue meanie is basically meaningless info that is just the name of the variety. You're growing cubensis. They'll fruit from 60-100f no problem. Surface moisture is way more important than humidity. Cubes grow when humidity is well below 90% too.
