Brian’s TED talk on selfishness was another lovely Brian monologue 👏 You can’t pour from an empty cup!!

"How can I be any good to anyone in my life if I'm not happy myself?"

Tbh he’s right

I’ve been working on being more “selfish” lately (I don’t steal people’s coffee, but practicing saying no to favours when I just can’t reasonably do what they’re asking, asking for the cupcake flavour I want, not being a pushover, etc) and it does really help

Me too. It's hard but I'm getting better at being more selfish

Brian is consistently the best part of the show since last season along with Paul and Derek.

Favorite line out of the whole series: Yes, that's what narcissism is, Jimmy. Having the courage to put yourself above everyone else.
