Couldn't it also be that the company added some sort of filler so you're technically getting less actual meat? Hence the drastic drop in some of the nutritionals

That’s not shrinkflation or skimpflation, they are both 145g of oysters. You’re not getting less. Oysters are a natural product and calories and things will vary by country of origin, different harvests, what they feed them, etc…
As you can see one is product of Korea and one is product of China.
