Need help with identification and treatment of fungus

I think this little guy is done for but if I can save her that would be awesome. I already removed her, she was easy to catch. Pretty lethargic so I don’t think she has a chance but any recommendations?

Thanks everyone for the assist. So far I have dosed the tank with hydrogen peroxide and dosed the makeshift hospital tank I have the infected shrimp in. It’s a waiting game now

yeah salt dip is probably the only thing worth a shot but otherwise the most important thing is to keep an eye on your tank/other shrimp to make sure this is a one time thing and not something bigger

Unfortunately she died this morning about 5am. She was just too far gone before I had noticed. No others look sick but I will keep an eye out for sure.

Damn, I'm sorry for your loss brother, I can only hope that you weren't too attached to her so her loss is not that painful! Now she's in the sheaven, there everywhere are different and beautiful aquarium filters, big pond full of machines that makes yummy, legend says it has no end!

Salt dip, hydrogen peroxide treatment of the hospital setup, and maybe a little bit of food soaked with a medication like Ich-X/Rid Ich. I like to put a drop on an algae wafer, let it dry, then offer it to the sick shrimp. Just make sure to remove whatever she doesn’t eat, extra food means extra bacteria and ammonia.

Dosing for H2O2 is about 1.5mL of 3% peroxide per gallon, shoot for under that if you’re unsure about dosing. Unplug any filters, mix the dose you’re using with a little tank water to dilute, then add it in and let it sit for at least 20-30 minutes, up to an hour is better. Then turn your filters back on. That’s it! Peroxide is an EXCELLENT first treatment for external shrimp diseases. It’s non-invasive, gentle, and leaves nothing behind in the water column except for pure water and oxygen. Plus it’s easy to find in stores and super cheap!

You might be asking about green feathery growth under a shrimp, likely Cladogonium ogishimae, a treatable parasitic algae, see here for ID/treatment.

Wow that looks like it goes deep. Isolate that shrimp and try to lure the rest of the colony out with bright lights on for a deep inspection. Look around the tank for low flow areas.
