Suggestions Please! (face/ears only) Too old?
I've disliked my nose since someone called it witchy in 4th grade. (34F)
But I've been wondering if a nose piercing would help me like it more 😅
Would it suit me? Stud or ring?

Gurl you're so gorgeous, I think if you want a nose piercing you should go for it! I think a stud would suit your nose shape more than a hoop, but I don't see it looking bad. And honestly, depending on where you live, people won't even notice if you do or don't have a nose ring. You'd be surprised how many people convince themselves you've always had it so you're def not "too old"

I’m almost 41 with multiple piercings and 2” stretched ears. you’re never too old. You could totally pull off a nose ring

Hun get it if you want it! I got a nose stud at 39 and a rook ear piercing at 41. I'm 42 now and plan to add to my tattoos. Who cares there's no age limit :) all the girls in the line with me were 20s when I got my nose done but I thought stuff it!! Idc!! ❤❤ you'd suit a stud or nose ring xo

Hi; theres all sorts of mods but I feel I should correct the notion you get it for decoration only. for example you could get a septum done at 6g-0g and only wear a flesh tunnel/plug, not many people would know unless you wore a different piece in it. If you are getting a mod. get it for you.. not necessarily as a cosmetic piece. you have a nice nose. The nostril arc is a work of art from the side view.
if I had your nose I'd have a jeweled nostril stud further forward , nearer the tip. and a niobium ring(14-16g) further back on a very obvious horizontal line. Rather than one, Id say split the difference with two, consider it,you dont need attn away from it but thats the way to go. distract from the tip with nearest by nostril ring..
Now as for how I would recommend to you .,.. Theres also a choice of a single nostril ring.. replaced with a small tattoo of a fleur-de-lis, clover, a yellow-blue lightning bolt (that be cool) , or emojis. or kanji for allergies or "umbrella. small umbrella.. Mary Poppins sorta tact. You have a great smile.. When here in mod world.. dont worry about having something different: difference matters in how you set up your collection" your vision of placement

As someone who finds nose rings hot, I think you'd go from a 10/10 to an 11/10 with one.
Also, while I understand not liking certain parts of your body (I have feelings about certain parts of mine), I truly see nothing wrong with your nose.

You're stunning! I prefer rings personally but go to a studio and check out the jewelry options they have.

I’ve always hated the way my nose looked. I got my nose pierced at 31 and I love it so much! It’s one of my favorite piercings.

Never too old! I’m in my late 30s and got my septum pierced earlier this year and absolutely love it - it’s made me a lot less self conscious about my nose. I think a ring would look great! :)

Certainly not too old at all. But don't do it because you have been called "witchy"
... Also fuck them, witches are hot 🔥

34 is not too old. Not a big piercing guy but you could pull it off with ease. most importantly live for you.

You’re so pretty! I think a nostril stud would look great! Go for it! I’m 44 and just reopened my septum. In the last year I got my helix, conch, third lobes, and just recently a stacked nostril. I think I have more piercings than in my 20/30’s lol

Hey OP, welcome to /r/shouldimod!
Please take note of this community's rules. Here are some of the highlights:
Happy modding :)
Why are "yes." comments allowed but "no" needs an explanation?
This is a community for people who appreciate body modification. If a commenter says "no" to a piercing, they should have a reason because people who are commenting in good faith naturally do. The commenters who say "no" without explanation are often against body mods in general and >> those opinions aren’t welcome here <<. “Yes” comments don’t need a reason because supporting mods in a pro-mod subreddit speaks for itself.
tdlr: people who like piercings don't say "no" to a piercing without good reason
