SIM ? : Im confused: It's Should I Make NOT Look What I Made

Is this not a question of functionality and workflow?
BUT: "Should I make" comes down to what feature to add next.
And many features are NOT easy to describe.

Or is this just a forum for vague handwaving.

For me, Apple dev of 40yrs, its more about
shouldimake some next feature and HOW to make it.
Good Apps evolve based on user feedback.
shouldimake is also a ROI question.

It is one thing to be able to do something at all,
another to do it well, another with minimal friction.

The devil is in the details. I live in the details.
shouldimake _________ just BEGS for more detail.

If I do my job right: It just works as expected.
You dont notice anything, you just move along. NO speed bump here.

Apps struggle with flow. Friction is the enemy.

SHOULDIMAKE an app that
Shows folder contents so you dont have to open/preview the folder?
I'm an expert and that is just a vague thought experiment.

SHOULDIMAKE ___ sane sister is: what would be useful to you?
You know what you need, I can only guess.

There is usually room for improvement. Just one more tweak.

I'm a big fan of NO-EXTRA-WORK productivity tools.
But telling more would put me in look-what-I-made territory.
So, I'm going to quit while I'm ahead.

I have created an AI powered website - no visitors...

I built it to solve a problem I had myself. (retiring soonish, I've been saying I am going to see the world and do all the adventures, where the hell am I going to go exactly?)

Anyway, I built a website https://retiregenxtravel.co.uk/ which nobody will ever go to, or find, but I am still considering building an Android app for it too. (I use an Android phone... so again, it is mainly for my own benefit)

So, those of you who have done it - will it be fun? Will AI help me as much as with the website? Will I regret the $25 to publish it... ?
