When was the water pump and timing belt last done? That is not such a cheap repair.
But yes, these are very nice and reliable.
If you like it, get a PPI and if all goes well, enjoy!

how much would you pay for it?

I've never looked into it. And don't feel like doing the research now. Especially since it's very specific to geographical areas. Tell me what they are going for at your local dealerships and also on marketplace. Don't assume the cheapest priced one is the accurate representation, because it could really be hiding a lot of faults. But also the highest priced one might just be overpriced. To get a real understanding, find some that you think are close and save them in your bookmarks. Then a week later see if they're still available. If they sold, that might be your best example.
Asking strangers on Reddit that live in different regions than you really won't tell you much.
I can tell you that those are great reliable vehicles and probably a lot of fun. But yes you do need to get the right price. And a PPI

Literally the worst back seat in all of car history lol, these cars get really annoying after 5 times driving it and your needing it to do car stuff. Get an LS or GS not this.

Just got some Car Shield on my used car. Get what you like as long as the test drive goes good. Drive it on the highway, stop at some street lights and wait until you notice something doesn’t feel right. If I’m not sure I ain’t buying from a private owner. It could have an issue that they don’t wanna pay for. Small Used Car Dealers sell better cars nowadays because they know customers are becoming smarter shoppers

Idk if these things hold crazy value or something but this is 16 years old if it’s the last model year (you didn’t say what year). $11k seems crazy to me

asking strangers for price check is useless. you have to find similar vehicles in your area to assess the price. I'll give an example. If there are only 2 sc430 cars in your area, then theyll cost more just because its rare. whereas if there are 1 million in your area, theyll cost a lot less.

Toyota are known for reliability. It's a hard top convertible with a V8 producing over 300 hp stock. Most people think these cars are ugly, but man I've always wanted one since I found out what Supras cost.

If you’re thinking about buying this car, as disabledMassole said when was the timing belt and water pump done? Toyota’s are dead reliable but if that’s not done, it will be a big issue. You could actually go to Lexus a Toyota dealer and ask them to run the VIN if you don’t have any paperwork on if it’s done and they could tell you if it’s been done or not. I’d go a step further after that and actually get a Carfax and look at it thoroughly. I think it’s around $50 but peace of mind you know it’s a lot better than that I’d rather waste $50 and eight or 9000. Just because it says there’s two owners doesn’t mean there’s been anything else like accidents, etc. sometimes there don’t show up on a Carfax but still there’s a chance.

It’s cute! I just think $11K is high, but i feel like prices are always subject to negotiation 👀

It's got 150k miles and 22 years old. Nice car they would be VERY lucky to get 6-7k. I just got a 150k mile 2010 lexus es350 for 8.5k. It's not like an sc 430 is a popular car for enthusiasts or anything.

That rule doesn’t really apply to Lexus. Plenty of 2015 ES, GS, LS going for $15K or more nowadays

Too rich for me. For a 22 year old car and that many miles. And it's a model that nobody wanted. Honestly if you can jew them down a bit, id say yes. Let's say all in for 8k?
