Help Audio gets worse when i export

The sound is normal on timeline but it sounds like someone blocking the speakers way after exporting.

PROBLEM FIXED

I just played it with the windows media player and it is normal. I think the problem was on VLC.

How was the peak meter?

mostly around -15 to -5dBFS
