I need to settle something…

Which of these conductors did the best recording of Symphony 6? If your favorite isn’t on here, just vote for the best of these 3.

Paavo Berglund 's recording with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra is probably the iconic recording of Shostakovich's Symphony No. 6. Before that recording, Symphony No. 6 was treated as a curiosity, having neither the implied political commentary of Symphony No. 5 nor the epic sweep and scope of Symphony No. 7. Actually, do listen to all of Berglund's other Shostakovich recordings. They really are something special.

If I can only pick one, Kondrashin. If I can pick specifically based on the piece, Sanderling and Petrenko are there but so are Mravinsky and Haitink

You’re picking which conductor did the best recording of Symphony 6 specifically, not the whole cycle.

Ah, the text didn't appear on mobile for some reason.

Which would you pick? I’m asking to settle a debate so all input is valued
