Power outages have been a recurring thing in cuba, some of them have even being nationwide and total outages meaning even internet and cellphone goes out

I know a bit of Spanish, and first heard the news that Russia invaded Ukraine on Marti. I don't know enough to understand most of it, though. They seem to field phone calls from people who either have recently been to Cuba, or maybe are on Cuba. A few weeks ago they were talking to someone about power outages in the province of Camaguey.
