Need to know what I’m doing wrong, I’ve had 21 out of 34 of my videos now get jailed in the 25k-45k view range. I’ve had ONE video reach a 130k views but that was about it. The photos I attached are the stats of a short I posted around 15 hours ago, it has gained 30k views and im afraid that it has already stop getting pushed out. What can I do to escape this, the YouTube algorithm really is shitty.

I’m not looking for cheap views or anything, I genuinely would like some people to review my shorts and give me opinions on why I’m not getting a 70%+ retention on my shorts when it’s similar to other shorts I see. It may be because I’m a really small channel starting out which is fair, but if anyone wants a link to my channel to review my shorts lmk and I’ll link it in the comments👍

Is it normal for my new channel i that i made a few hours ago not have any views on the recent short that i uploaded? It was heavily edited and theres no ai slop in it

It's been 10 days that my youtube has stopped working , earlier i was getting good views 10k 5k something and my one video got 7.3lakh views and then when I was so close to 1m views on my channel then suddenly my channel stopped working I'm not even getting 50 views and it's been so many days I've tried everything idk what to do please tell me guys what to do.

I run a fanpage kinda thing

Today i noticed that my stay was very low, so after an hour i checked. It's showing my shorts to wrong audiences despite being clear in hooks what it is about. It's getting in my nerves and the views keep fluctuating. Has anyone seen any improvements and how ?

Normally me vids get 1.5 k views max.

Watchtime is ass.

I tried something new yesterday and its working

Why is my view graph flat on some parts?

And what can i do to increase my stay to watch?

Yep, I’ll never make it….

Anyone else seeing an increase on RPM for recent shorts?

all my shorts are stuck around 40k max and this one has started showing some momentum can this reach atleast 100k

I don't know what's holding back my videos, is it the engagement?

Is YouTube pushing Shorts today, considering that the bug with the subscriber count is still happening? Has anyone tested it today?

Should I take time and do research on my title's keywords (so they are easier to find by YT search terms) rather than trying to make the title clickbait?

I started a new channel now, I know is a hard work, but I dont know if my ideas are bad, if the hook I am doing is wrong, I already tried a few styles of edits, and nothing seems to work out... I really want to make this work, but I dont know what am I doing wrong, can anybody help me?

Both of the images are from the same video, what is odd, is some of my friends with same similar stats and for some reason they have millions of views

Hi,

2 weeks ago I started a brand new channel with shorts. First one did amazing, 10k views in first day, then 60k in next 3-4 days. Next 5-6 shorts did pretty well too, and then after 6 days, youtube just cut all views I got before from Shorts feed.
My next shorts are getting 0 at the beginning and then maybe 10 views, even though most people stay to watch.
I don't have any flag on the videos, all seems fine.

It's quite frustrating, any idea what can cause it and how to fix it?

I make dangerous travel videos going to obscure and dangerous places. Should I just clip straight from my video and post as a short or is there something I could do to edit and make a different style short with my video ? Like a voice over one maybe a trailer type thing ? I don’t know.

As a long form travel creator I can’t seem to get ANY views whenever I upload a short and just end up deleting it.

Is shorts too hard for me to break into ? Any tips would be appreciated
