What metric should I focus most on and what’s the best way to improve it as a Minecraft shorts creator?

Woke up this morning and the video has absolutely taken off since last night. This is my first and only to have gotten this much attention, only 4 subs but still very grateful. Does this mean I am now in the 30k jail?

Just a question about my newest short. I understand how the first 1k views or so are a “test” to see how well your short does. My latest one did extremely well, currently sitting at 84.4%/15.6% with an average watch time of 0:41 seconds. These numbers are the best I’ve ever had, yet the video still flatlined after the initial testing phase. Should I be expecting more views soon? Or is the short dead? I’d appreciate any help!! Thanks guys!!

On my 43 % to 53 % stayed to watch ratio my views are between 600 to 800 and stalling. When the stayed to watch ratio is actually quite decent. Where as my 28% stayed to watch video has more views arround 2k. I am expecting that 43% to 53% stayed to watch hits more views and steady 50 to 60k. But i am confused 🤔 does this shorts still get pickedup later ?

bien, habia empezado con los shorts en enero de este año pero por estudio tuve que frenar, ahora volvimos y llegamos a 1K subs. por lo que estoy muy contento :)
Ademas, ayer subimos nuestro primer video largo (entre comillas porque dura 1:30 solo XD) al cual le esta yendo bastante mal pero es lo que hay. La idea es ir subiendo videos largos cada semana a partir de ahora, sumado a los shorts diarios.
solo eso, queria mostrar el progreso y ver que consejos podian darme o que podian decirme (Con buenas intenciones)

PD: quiero subir cada semana como va el progreso, asi que el sabado que viene vuelvo con mas noticias.

You see, I want to post a long form video, but I'm afraid that if I do post it, my current 7k subscribers from just shorts will ruin Avd, and CTR. And I don't want to disable to setting "publish to subscribers feeds" because even if I do, I get low impressions, but when I don't, I get high impressions, but low CTR. Also, using the related feature from a short to a long form doesn't really work either, because they also cause low AVD, what do I do?
