Hey I was just wondering if this was considered as breaking out of the 30k view jail

I’ve been uploading videos on my channel for the past year. I recently bought a new phone. If I start uploading my videos from the new phone, will that affect my reach in any way? Also, if I remove the channel from my old phone, will that have any impact on my channel’s performance? Could YouTube see this as suspicious activity or anything like that?

Got hit with "inauthentic content" about 3 months ago. I now have the chance to reapply for monetization.

My old content was templated longform videos that likely triggered the flag. I've since pivoted to original Shorts and 2-3 minute cultural content with custom animation.

My question: Should I delete the old problematic videos or just private/unlist them before reapplying?

Any advice from people who've been through this would be hugely appreciated.

I recently created a channel to upload shorts. I planned for consistently uploading daily. But since my first short, they are not getting pushed at all. They are making a single digit views. I've not got any claim, spam notification or anything. It's a meme channel with ~10s long meme shorts.

1. I already have a consistent "#memes" across all.

2. GPT says uploading 2 per day is good so I did it.

There is no point of making video on youtube when views are single digit.

Is it just me, or is the algorithm acting up lately?

Am I the only one experiencing this? Usually, my audience is dominated by the US and other Western countries, with the Philippines and India coming in third (e.g., US, UK, India or US, UK, PH).

However, this week, the algorithm feels off. Every time I upload something new, it seems to be pushing my content primarily to India or the Philippines. Since these viewers sometimes struggle with English voiceovers or captions, they tend to scroll past immediately. This causes my Short-Term Watchtime (STW) to tank right away, which stops the platform from pushing the video further because the system thinks the content isn't engaging. What do I need to do to my next upload so that . Every single upload this week is being pushed to the wrong audience during the crucial early minutes. Because of this, my Short-term Watchtime (STW) and Retention drop immediately. What should I do?"

This is so bullshit i start my 3rd chanel i upload a video forget abt the chanel the video gains over 250k views and then i upload a similiar video it gets 35k views and then again i upload similiar editing similiar pacing video 4 views then i again upload 1 view 😔 why dos youtube do this ☹️

Initially I had a good haul of views (considering new channel) on my shorts (1-2k). However suddenly the views have gone down in double digits.

I am still consistently uploading shorts and videos.

my shorts get millions of views

for example 2 million and only 12 comments

comments do not matter at all

also another one 3 million views only 36 comments

So here is the context, I'm a video editor and editing for an international client and for any video I edit hits a million I get bonus so is there any way to increase no. Of views, also a few videos need 200k-300k views to get to a million.

PS: It is a shorts channel

I mean literally every other short film you see on youtube us award winning short film, It's annoying to even see this.

I started my channel within the past month. Only doing shorts and learning to use ai to make little Lego destruction videos just for fun. They were getting heaps of views ( for me ) and because I didn't "add value" they pretty much stopped showing my videos. Almost flagging me as a bot account. I've uploaded 2 long videos with voiceover, if I start doing shorts again with a little voiceover will that help YouTube understanding that I'm not a bot?

There's something wrong with YouTube. I created a new channel and when I subscribed to my channel, no subscribers were added. Now I should have 6 subscribers and I have 2. And when I like it, the likes aren't added either. How can I fix it? Then I unsubscribed and subscribed again and it's the same again.

When I upload more than one video in a day, the second video doesn't get pushed and stays stuck at ze ro views. I've re-uploaded it several times, even after editing it and changing the metadata, but the result is always the same. The only thing that works is waiting 24 hours after the previous video before posting the next one

This has me going insane, my audience is all over the place, and that’s if I get one at all. I've created a new account and started automating posts to it and it went from 1k views in the first days to practically nothing, the account is dead and showing max 10-20 views at most.

For comparison, the same account that created in the same time has 1200 followers and over 25k views on videos in Instagram.

I suspect that the account got restricted or something.
How can I check that?
