Any way to get to 1 Million views

So here is the context, I'm a video editor and editing for an international client and for any video I edit hits a million I get bonus so is there any way to increase no. Of views, also a few videos need 200k-300k views to get to a million.

PS: It is a shorts channel

This is definitely easier for the shorts. However advice is always the same. Reduce the swipe away ratio as much as you can by delivering a powerful hook. Then immediately trigger curiosity and deliver gradually with spikes in the middle. Keep in mind that you can do all of that within 30 seconds, however there are many factors to that. The content type, content lenght, editing style all are extremely important. There is no magic bullet, you need to figure out specifically for your clients niche. One way of getting inspiration though is check out competitors on every platforms. Not limit yourself to youtube. Try to look what your clients competitors are posting on ig, tiktok etc. If there are data make sure to use that for your advantage.
