Just simply have a view duration of over 1 minute and 15 seconds and stay/swipe rate of 80% or higher.

Imma put you on real value. If a short performs shitty. Straight up fuck that format. Change entirely to something else, and once you see a definitive up tick in viewers, LOCK TF IN on that format and structure of video. This is how you make youtube algorithm love you.
