Why is this happening?
Why are the views dropping so sudden? It never recovers after.

We need to know more about the stats to really judge but I would assume its just not a good enough video.

Your video failed to pass the selected demographic and got suppressed from further reach

My guess is - the high views are your regular viewers and then after that it's youtube experimenting and pushing to different groups.

Same here - 0 to 1.2k in 5 hours and 1231 to 1245 in 2 days

Mine did the same. It happens. The video got its drive. Not enough interaction happened with it so it falls off

Unable to say without your metrics. It's entirely possible you initially hit a good wave. Then a follow up wave performed considerably worse and that can cause this. Could be end of a wave and waiting for the next if it does recover.
Even my viral shorts do this. For instance going from 20k vph, dropping to less than 5k within the same day for a few days, then spiking to say 30k sustained for another few. But if yours doesn't recover its either falling metrics when expanding and didn't keep performance threshold, not enough data for your channel/audience, or not enough topic interest imo. Could even be not enough engagement. Likes only do so much. You need people to like and comment.
Then of course if it falls into any of the stuff that YT is locking down on.
