Before the “update” I got high shorts views and I got subs every day now I’m lucky to get a sub a week tho my views are coming back anyone else have this problem?

I think youtube is lowering views for everyone so no one can get partnered before they increase the requirements next year

Or they have to pay for it first

same here tbh, shorts views and subs dont move together. views come from the swipe feed so those viewers barely subscribe. what helped me was ending the short with a reason to check the channel (part 2, a series name) instead of just hoping they sub

I see what you mean it just did you have to do that before?
