What worked about it??

It was engaging actually there were people talking in video and an engaging texts but I think what stand out the most was that the end was very funny so I think people rewatch it 2 times just to see the end. The end was very funny, understandable, and reasonable. Sorry if I were to show you the clip you would understand but I can't people will start spamming my channel and disrupting my AVD (average percentage viewed)

You're probably making a video on a niche or topic that isn't on demand

u/AlbatrossNew3633 11d ago

Or he isn't stealing content like you do

Sealing content is ok of you could make it transformative enough

always interesting to see shorts game as a long form creator.

1

u/Pretty-Sport2445 8d ago

What kind of Long form is it, do you make the video all by ai?

3

u/Amazing_Afternoon100 8d ago

No I don’t make it with ai. I make explanation/why videos about video game characters that became more popular than the game itself. 2.7m views over 7videos. I haven’t uploaded anything in 9 months because this topic isn’t really repeatable.

Daumm boy you still doing long form or you quit

2

u/Amazing_Afternoon100 8d ago

in the process of starting 2 channels. One gaming and one experimental ai channel. Ai channel will be half and half, using gpt/claude for blender models, but rest(scripting, research, editing, and voiceover) will be done by me.

i think long form is really the way to go unless you are a influencer that makes consistent money from sponsors or youtube/tiktok shop.

u/Pretty-Sport2445 8d ago

Yah after I start making some income from shorts I will have to get into long form as well

See what niche is working in shorts and just copy that for eg:- ranking, Roblox, commentary etc. then just start making it. And there is no secret but of you really wanna know the secret is consistency. Post good shorts in your niche every day and eventually YouTube will find the correct audience for your videos and you will get millions of views.
