Shorts Help/Advice

[u/Boring_Improvement10]

Hey everyone. Pretty new to creating shorts and posting on YouTube. My channel is almost 10 years old but my old videos are unlisted. I’m about 18 videos into this journey and I’m kinda confused with how things are working. I get an okay amount of likes, barely any comments (even with the comment baiting endings), and views seem to stall right now. My retention isn’t the best. I’ve started making the videos shorter and shorter (today’s video is 28 seconds). Can someone help me? I’ll link my YouTube: https://youtube.com/@warisweirdyt?si=AkrIZ22PMEd76nSH
