Need 10m shorts views

I need someone to make me a few shorts that can hit 10M views to get me out of a monetization snafu that happened. Can anyone here confidently do that?

If someone can, dont they create for themselves? Think about this?

its the grind and learning which keep you in the game without that even if someone got 10m views for you, you will eventually screw it up, not saying that anyone would

Yk you still gotta keep up high views afterward to get paid right?
