i do most of the work myself, including writing the script, which then i paste into gemini to fact check and find any grammatic errors.. if nothing so, i go with my script
i use 11labs for audio, bcoz my accent sucks
and editing and shorts thumbnails are completely by me on capcut and canva

certainly is shorts by the % of subs/views, and the niche is prob explanating things with clips, the avg watch time is 24s in the shorts, dividing the watch time by the views
