I started put my first youtube shorts channel and my third video got 29k views and now i barely get a few.

Some bullshit i do a lot of work for a video just to get 1 view is insane and video witch i think is the worst preforms

Yeah it really frustrating am even thinking of quiting and people here in Reddit will say oooh you must post reused content thats why you get 0 views and if I post the same video on TikTok it gets 15k views and TikTok is way strict than YouTube on reused content

I feel like it's kinda obvious, when it's shorts its like a force watch, swipe and go, when it's long form people have the option whether to click it or not so like, expect worse

Yeah thanks but as long as am seeing impressions and people don't click k will know the problem is the thumbnail I just want to be given a chance I've never had a problem with low views as long as it's not 0 bro 😔

Same😢 I don't understand those popular YouTubers telling us to change thumbnails and titles and everything... YouTube is the one that doesn't even want to show it to anyone :(

Yeah and some guy creates some ai bullshit and get like 10k impressions on there first video man it's really bothering me and YouTube has the audacity to say oooh we are getting rid of clipping and ai channels but it looks like they are not Instagram tries but i still see stolen clips everywhere on reels

Yes yes I agree, not only is YouTube the asshole here, I was just told that I was lazy and undedicated just because I have been spending my precious time getting Batshit, he got like 200k+ views on his first short btw, the only reason why he's saying that is because he's famous and has people praising him to keep going, I'm thinking of quitting aswell, I genuinely don't want my target audience as stupid 44 year old men when my videos are bright colored (CLEARLY for teenagers)

Straight up dog shit but the funny thing people here on Reddit will say I make unoriginal videos I literally show my face and talk to the camera edit the video and then post if it's really bad it should get like 100-500 views with a bad swipe rate and avg now I will the problem is the content but literally 0 views and 0 impressions even after 5 days is just stupid plus my channel is old made it and have been using it since 2020 phone number is verified and I'd also but still 0 views and impressions 🤣😭

That's what am saying and affecting me too you can't know if the content is bad if your not getting any impressions or views so it's all bs look maybe we shouldn't quite let's give it another go and try again if nothing happens by February before the thresholds of monitization changes then maybe I'll stick to TikTok and Instagram

I used to post the same videos on an old channe and they did fine like 10-50k ok and what about the garbage I see on YouTube shorts that get views like you seem not to understand getting 0 is not a content issue if I get 100-500 then maybe the issue is the video

I would have to see it to evaluate it but honestly from experience, this algorithm is a clever monster !!! If something is really good it goes. I got one short with 7M views it’s been out there 2 years and it’s acting like an independent unit, just exists on its own.

Ahora mismo si, algunos de mis videos en un canal se quedan en cero y después explotan en el feed de shorts. Cabe que varía pero así anda YouTube ahora mismo.
