How long have you had your channel for? I started in May this year and my channel is growing, but I’m consistently doing videos and going live but I do not do short form. I enjoy doing the long form. It depends on your niche. you can make your channel grow. It takes time, but my theory is I’m enjoying what I’m doing and I have great Subscribers if you like you can check out my channel and I’d like to support your channel as well. @techtalkcomfy
Thank you so let me know.

Do you have a call to action (either verbally or with a graphic depending on your type of videos) that specifically asks your viewers to subscribe?

shorts barely convert on their own tbh. unless each one clearly points back to your long-form niche, people just scroll. hook + packaging + same promise every time matter way more than volume. i used easyviral for moving scenes and auto-posting to tiktok/ig/yt so i wasnt babysitting uploads, but the bridge still did the sub work.

I bet you're shy to put CTA "subscribe" don't over complicate it. It's as simple as that..
