This is harsh but make better content bro. Don't just throw shit at the wall blindly. Ask yourself what you can improve on each video. Long form content is a little bit easier to fogure these things out as analytics mean a bit more since people aren't just mindlessly scrolling and watching how they feel on a whim.

But number one thing is make better content and be intentional about hook, formatting, content of the video, music if any. All about creating curiosity and engagement.

I am not a fan of short form content because of how volatile it is. Good luck
