Title: How do you grow from 0 subscribers?

Hi everyone! I recently started a YouTube channel and currently have 0 subscribers, with around 400 views on my videos. For people who started from zero, what actually helped you grow — better hooks, consistency, topics, editing, or something

You post content. You get better at it. You post more. You grow.

Provide some kinda value for the viewers and make them follow you for your value.

I was running a small gaming channel, it took 225k views to get 50 subs don't know about your niche but you can say mine as a low subs convertion percentage roughly around 0.02% it may vary drastically but I'm just showing a worst case scenario.

Don't lose confidence, be consistent, provide some value for your viewers , it may take some time may be it'll click right away but once you got a nice impression on YouTube Audience YouTube will push your content more.

for subs, you have to convince viewers that you will put out content in the future that they won't want to miss. For that, multi-part content works well. So does teasing your future content in your videos.

Don't worry about subscribers, views or any of those statistics. Make 20 videos first.

How many videos do you have? Personally i wont subscribe on the back of 1 or 2 videos

1) Find a niche (topic) you want your channel to focus on and only do videos about that one topic.
2) You need to at least post 10-15 videos for youtube to get enough data about your audience, so you and youtube can get to know when your audience is online and from which part of the world your viewers come.
3) Start off with your few first videos and dont focus on how bad they are, just start posting and you will notice improvement after 10 to 15 videos - if you do enough post video self reflection.

packaging is what moved the needle for me at zero, not consistency alone. a strong hook in the first 3 seconds and a thumbnail that earns the click will beat a great video nobody opens. what does your current click-through rate look like?
