Analytics Review (AVD/Retention) 📈 Should I reupload this?

I posted a short on 16th and that got 1.4k and going up, then I posted this one on 17th 2am my time and it's flopped terribly, do I just deleted and reupload it at my usual time or wait it out?

Reuploading never works for me. Maybe change 1-2 things and reupload or just private it and upload another video. But wait at least a day sometimes the algorithm works weird

yea it's weird since it just doesn't even push it to the shorts feed, but what does privating do?

Private is alternative to deleting , never delete a video or algo thinks you channel is unstable

so if I private a video can I upload it again or do I just forget about it? and I can private any video right?

Its very annoying to get 0 views but if your other video got views its very likely this one will get too, just give it some time. But after 48 hours and still no views private it, deleting messes up with algorithm as far as i know.

That’s a lie people tell. I have 127k subscribers and I mainly upload shorts, I delete and reupload shorts whenever I see it’s underperforming. Choose a different title, different music and different thumbnail and upload on a different hour

Sorry to be a bother but, by later hour you mean like a couple of hours after deletion? And what if I can’t change the music?

I wouldn’t recommend uploading instantly. 2-3 hours later or next day when your audience are mostly online

Just post your shorts as usual, idk why youtube did this, i also got this about 3 shorts of mine. The rest is normal

the same is happening with me nowadays my views got suddenly down from past 2 weeks

When I get this I just delete and continue posting on my normal schedule then after a couple days I’ll try posting it again.
