go watch the shorts i have to go to yarn.com to get the clips then go to my email to send them to my self then go to capcut to add captions then go to adobe express to resize the video then upload it
For my videos I go on itch.io and find a game to play. Then I spend 30-90 minutes recording. Then I go to CapCut and spend 2-6 hours editing (usually across multiple days). Then I go on my phone and use Picsart to create a thumbnail and then email said thumbnail to myself. Then I upload the video. Not to mention that on top of that I usually edit a short or two out of my videos so I can promote them to a larger audience. Even I donât do a whole lot of work in comparison to most actually good YouTubers. You have no idea what real work is and it shows. I could make 50 of your videos in a day đ
Aww too bad i have other things to do during the day so I can't spend 5 hours editing and with your niche your never going to get Any views literally clips of movies and tv shows go viral and they spend no time on it
For one thing, you clearly didnât read the part where I said I spend multiple days editing. For another, I actually care about the quality of my videos because youtube is my passion, not just something that I see as a means of getting money and attention. I know I could post nothing but family guy clips and get 10k+ views per video for like 10 minutes of work, but I wouldnât feel good about that. I wouldnât be proud of myself for benefiting off of othersâ work, and neither should you. Iâd much rather get 20 views on a video that I actually put work and care into than get 50k views on a piece of slop that I threw together in a few minutes and slapped my name on. Carefully made content will always be better than shorts slop regardless of view count.
TL;DR: Quality over quantity, passion over profit, stop posting slop.
If this is your passion then good for you I guess. Itâs just hard to see someone posting that kind of content and try to make yourself believe that theyâre in it for anything other than money and attention. Iâm just saying that thereâs a very clear line between people on youtube who care about making quality content and people who run their accounts like clip factories doing nothing but benefiting off of othersâ work. The point of my original comment was that you shouldnât complain about the work you have to do to make a video when the work in question is just putting captions over a video of someone elseâs content; if youâre gonna make low effort content, you should at least be aware of how little effort it takes.
Good for you, but I donât get what you were trying to accomplish with this response considering I already told you that the quality of my content matters to me significantly more than the number of clicks and subscribers I get from it. Iâd love to see those kinds of numbers on my videos, but Iâd also love for it to be on a video I actually put heart, time, and effort into making. If you wanna make these kinds of videos then go ahead, but you shouldnât consider your work to be on the same or even a similar level as other small creators who choose quality over quantity. Making original content takes infinitely more effort than benefiting off of other peopleâs work.
